Environment activities provided by NGO are various actions and initiatives taken by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to protect and conserve the natural resources and ecosystems of the planet. NGOs play an important role in raising awareness, advocating for policy changes, implementing sustainable practices, and empowering communities to participate in environmental protection.

Sawchhta Abhiyan
Swachh Bharat Mission, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, or Clean India Mission is a country-wide campaign initiated by the Government of India on 2nd October, 2014 to eliminate open defecation and improve solid waste management and to create Open Defecation Free (ODF) villages.
This programme includes elimination of open defecation, conversion of unsanitary toilets to pour flush toilets, eradication of manual scavenging, municipal solid waste management and bringing about a behavioural change in people regarding healthy sanitation practices.
